What do I do if I’m involved in a crash and the OnStar Guardian app isn’t connecting to an OnStar Advisor?

If you have an emergency and have not been connected to an OnStar Emergency-Certified Advisor, you should always call 911 directly. If you are unsure how to proceed, you can connect to OnStar using the red Emergency button in the OnStar Guardian app.
